Judge Wikeley’s decision on Dransfield V ICO&DCC GIA/3037/2011 is at best UNSAFE and at worst designed to protect ROGUE PA’s
There is breaking news the Devon County Council do NOT even own the FOIA subject hence the last 4 years Legal Battle by the ICO&DCC has been a complete waste of time and should NOT have been entertained by the ICO.
Whether ofr NOT Judge Wikeley will have balls to withdraw his UNSAFE decision remains to be seen.
